When Ella was born we knew nothing about raising a special needs baby, and well, we still don't know a lot, but what we do know is to love her like crazy and cherish every second with her. Pretty much treat her like any other baby and just make sure to keep the house clean for when the therapists come over. We have learned so much about Down syndrome and continue to learn more each day. We have 2 other little monsters who keep us busy and while I might not talk about them as much on the blog, I promise they are just as special as Ella and the best big brothers any little sister could ask for.
My husband is a little more quiet than me and while I might not always give him credit, he is the glue that holds it all together. I married my high school sweetheart and we are going on 11 years of wedded bliss. He is amazing and all that sweet stuff, but I still do sometimes wish he would remember to put the trash out on pickup day.
When I am not busy chasing my 3 kids around I manage to own and run a real estate brokerage in Chandler, AZ. We are embarking on a very exciting but crazy time for the business and I do my best to fit it all in and still be a good mommy.
